At Indy Tech Support, ActivIT™ is not only our philosophy of providing simplified IT support, but it also represents a variety of plans for multiple business needs. Coupled with our ActivIT™ Assessments, we can provide a business with options for packages that are custom formulated. We offer the following for our clients: Managed Service Plans, Traditional Plans, and Block Time.
ActivIT™ Managed Service Plan
Our Managed Service Plan includes all of the regular day to day support that would normally be provided by an IT department at a rate based on our ActivIT™ Assessment. In addition, it also includes the following:
- Unlimited Phone Support
- Unlimited On-Site Support
- Unlimited Remote Support
- Support Labor Covered by Contract
- Lower Hourly Rate for Out-of-Contract Work
ActivIT™ Traditional Plan
If needed, we can also provide a more traditional model of support based on standard service pricing at an hourly rate. This plan includes all of our services from cabling to managing cloud services. Based off of the ActivIT™ assessment, this plan may work best for your business. As well as using this for clients, we also utilize this plan when pricing major projects and major equipment upgrades.
ActivIT™ Block Time
This option is the same as the traditional model with the exception of purchasing time in preset blocks at stepped hourly rates. This can help a business budget their IT needs as well as leveraging a lower cost for larger block purchases.
All of the plans offered begin with our free ActivIT™ Assessment. This tool enables us to assess the current state of business equipment from workstations, servers to infrastructure. It helps our clients by providing prioritized recommendations about business opportunities.
